Shawn Coker is responsible for developing and implementing workforce development and training programs to suuport Skills Unlimited Management Group clients' initiatives.
Such initiatives include programs to help managers recruit, develop, train and retain talented employees.  Workforce development and training initiatives also include Diversity & Inclusion programs that are primarily designed to coach and train managers to effectively embrace the diversity of all aspects of its business.  
Shawn is passionate about creating leadership development and skills training programs focused on helping managers learn and sharpen skills to to bring the workplace alive!  He has a tried and proven track record of helping leaders inspire their employees simply by treating them with respect.

The focus of Dr. Fike’s coaching and teaching is leadership, the structure of communication, performance improvement, and enhancing learning.  He coaches leaders at the executive level, managers on the production floor, and learners in the classroom.  
He was principal on the design team which created the Emerging Leaders Program at the Sam M. Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas, bringing together leaders of national organizations and preparing them for executive level positions.  He designs and delivers custom training and coaching programs that are used in the natural settings of organizations and institutions
His passion is examining and researching the uses of non-verbal communications in the corporate environment which enhance and facilitate learning, integration, and positive behavioral change.
